Oatly

Oatly, the popular plant-based milk brand, is giving away 20,000 free coffees made with its Barista Edition oat milk across the UK. The campaign aims to introduce more people to oat milk after positive results from a recent blind taste test.

Blind taste test reveals oat milk's untapped potential

A recent blind taste test found that up to four times as many consumers preferred oat milk in their coffee compared to those who currently buy it, indicating that millions in the UK may be missing out on a delicious and sustainable option.

Touring major UK cities

To encourage more people to try oat milk, Oatly’s taste test van will visit cities including Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, and Glasgow throughout March and April. Passersby will be invited to try free flat whites made with Oatly’s Barista Edition.

In addition to the van tour, Oatly is partnering with local cafes to hand out hundreds of free coffees. In London, Oatly is teaming up with Grind to give away 200 free coffees across 14 participating stores on 31 March. Visitors to Grind’s Shoreditch café can also sample Oatly during the NTS Saturday Breakfast Show’s live broadcast on 29 March.

Campaign boosted across social media, streaming, and influencers

The campaign will be promoted through social media, Spotify, ITVX, Channel 4, and Netflix’s Food and Wellness genres. PR efforts, Out of Home media, and influencer collaborations will also help spread the word.

New coffee blend for oat milk lovers

Oatly has teamed up with Nestlé Nespresso to create a limited-edition coffee blend crafted to enhance the flavor and texture of oat milk, offering a more sustainable coffee experience.

With free coffees and a new blend, Oatly is determined to make oat milk everyone’s favourite choice.
